首先先来介绍一下托福。

任何考试的复习都是有3个阶段的，从基础-强化-冲刺。

针对托福考试，首先在基础阶段，词汇得掌握，如果时间充足，**背4-5遍，这样循环往复有助于记忆，一有时间就看。听力是托福中**难得高分的，可**做听写来提高，材料以VOA或新概念都可以，说一句自己写一句，不要因为有些句子简单就不写，一定要坚持，效果真的不错。如果你听力特别棒就直接做托福题练习就可以了。口语也得练，可跟读VOA来纠正语音，练习美音，跟读，有时间，可以多练习一些话题，有托福口语黄金80题。

首先你要把托福单词背完，托福单词应该是大概6500个，你大概还差4000个。每天背100个（大概1个list）复习200个，大概需要每天两小时时间。 如此持续一个半月。之后也要定期重复。

每天听1小时的老托福听力，听写，刚开始可能比较痛苦，听一个半小时比较好，渐渐减为一小时。开始先听老托福听力，后期可转为scientific American。

听听力的时候尽量一气听完，不要断断续续，向我说的一直听着磁带，慢慢就会有语感。我不建议看老友记等，对应试帮助不大，临去的时候看看就行了。

阅读建议拿一些GRE阅读来练，或者SAT的（你知道SAT吗？），我更推荐SAT的，因为句法更难，单词简单。每天作大概2000词的阅读（大概就是3篇长文章），以读为主，以题为辅。托福阅读不难，大可放心。

至于口语，以背动词为主，每天背5个动词的用法，每个造5个句子，记牢。如果发音有问题，可以每天跟读慢速英语甚至VOA，既练口语又练听力。

托福有185题作文题库，去网上下载一个。每天写一篇，有些题有些重复，同类型的写一两篇就行了，以写好为主，渐渐加快速度。

听说读写都坚持到考前一个月。

然后开始做模考题，每周2、3次就行，分析问题。

放假时候每天学6小时，开学后每天2小时，应该够了。当然，如果你希望110 ，你就还需要更努力，而且说实话，一战就110 的几率不大，没经验。

英语水平都是日积月累炼出来的，每人能一步登天，所以如果你真能坚持，想考好也是没问题的。
